These may be my favorite recent find. I got these after the other jean culottes were a fail. Just know: they are definitely loose. Almost a little too loose in the hip area. But comfortable. The thinness of the fabric is key to the comfort. Not stiff and soften up when you wear them. Wish the zip...per was better quality. The roominess extends to the crotch (tmi) and I thought that might send me over the edge. As pictured: they kind of hang down slightly. The seam in crotch area was a little thick, but I think will be okay. I decided to keep them despite their largeness for the comfort alone. Waist a little big. As stated: roomy. Thankfully the tie at the waist is fully functional and you can cinch them in. Not sure if I could go down from large to medium & frustrating bc the medium was not available to try on. Tale as old as time for me. I always seem to be between sizes at ON. Could try shrinking slightly in the dryer, but you know how that goes. They could end up shrinking in all the wrong places. The length now is good. The light blue color 100% compared the the golden color that is kinda yuck, I test wore them on a day in the low 70s in Houston area and they were a comfortable weight. Good Spring transition piece before the Summer heat hits. I think they will wash well and unwrinkle on their own.
