I love these pants. I have them in the black, linen and dried grass. The picture is inaccurate for the color of dried grass. It isn't a darker tan. It is more of an olive or military green. I demoted one star for the inaccuracies. I ordered a size up to be extra baggy to go with the true harem pants... look. I didn't need to really.But I am happy I did.To me it gave more flare to the legs. The complaints about no draw strings on the ankles are true. It is an elastic gathered ankle. But in my opinion it is one less thing to come out or get lost in the washing machine. They are extremely comfortable for the hot spring and summer days. In all I am really happy with them and love them. I do hope they come out in more colors. Navy,dark grey,light grey a true darker tan. Just saying. I would buy them all.
I've purchased hundreds of different pairs of pants from ON. Many diff types pant styles that ON has to offer. I'm a very solid petite large in ON pants. Or just a regular L, and even sometimes I'll get XL petite depending on the pants style or other factors. I have at least 15 pairs of ON linen pan...ts & this pair is by far the worst I've ever purchased. I ordered my normal size; petite large. I'm 5'1, 165lbs, 33'waist, 45'hips. these mid-rise linen blend pants in PL were so extremely tight around my waist. the waistband was comparable to a small. And w/the waistband being too tight, they were also way too tight on my stomach area, squeezing me. Plus they have ZERO stretch. Im not the skinniest woman but I'm not heavy either, tho I do carry some extra baby weight in my midsection after 3 kids. i know exactly why these didn't fit me tho. I should've remembered "cinched ankle" meant I didn't need petite & mid-rise meant I needed to size up to XL for a more highwaist effect.

I stumbled upon these pants first in the beige color, then I bought the green and black! My favorite summer pants! Sooo comfy, washed the tan pair and hung to dry, not super wrinkly! Ive actually recommend them to friends cause they are such great pants! Not as long as they look in the photo and I have short legs. Love them!
