I love these linen pants and have in several colors. They are my summer staple in the warm humid South. Even though I am 5'2", I don't get the petite length because I feel they are not long enough as they skim the top of my foot. I did order a petite once and after I washed they shrunk just a tad (n...ot a lot to make them ankle length…probably 1/4 inch) and I just didn't like how they fell…I prefer them to be longer. I also don't put them in the dryer…I just hang to dry. They are a nice weight and love that they have pockets. They are very generous in sizing so I go down a size from Small to X-Small. For reference, I am 5'2" and about 127 lbs.
I have a pair of these pants from several years ago, and I absolutely love them. No complaints. I wish I had bought multiple that year because it was the last year that they were such high quality. Since then, everything about these pants has been on the decline. The material is thinner and you can ...tell they aren't as well made. Some colors are see through. Worst of all, they've removed the back pockets and the drawstring. The pair I have has a hidden drawstring on the inside and nice, deep pockets. They look dressier because of the hidden drawstring, which makes them much more versatile. Also, why wouldn't you want these pants to be adjustable? That's kind of the point. Otherwise, I'd just buy dress pants or sweatpants, depending on the need. These were the perfect in-between that you could dress up or down. Now they just look like fancy pajama pants and I haven't bought a single pair that I've tried on. It's so disappointing.

I really liked these! Perfect length with the petite inseam, I am 5'1" and it hit me right at my ankles. The fabric wasn't itchy thankfully and hits you nicely at the waist. Looking forward to ordering more colors!

First, I love linen. It's nice and cool when it's warm and still looks class. Don't worry about the wrinkles unless you hang to dry. These are a crop length making them a little more summery. Linen is nice and soft. These are a summer basic for me and so glad to see them return to Old Navy!
