I can only comment on Old Navy's poor customer service. I needed to update the ship to address before the order shipped (8 days before expected delivery) or cancel and reorder but not allowed. Told to ask the carrier to change but they wouldn't either. Therefore I paid for something I never got.

I love everything Old Navy but lately, i'm struggling. This is one example, bought this Peanuts Pickeball Club sweatshirt, thought it would be perfect to wear to the actual pickleball club. I ordered a small, same size as the yellow Cape Cod sweatshirt (that BTW fits perfect). The bottom of this sweatshirt is a lot smaller that it has to become a crop sweatshirt as there is no getting it past my waist. What on earth?
