Very thin fabric but great for summer. Love the stretchy waistband with an actual draw string. It means I can size up for my fast growing toddler, very cute design

I bought the 5T for my 4 year old son who is 43 inches (5T says for 42 to 45 inches). They are barely long enough for him right now :( I compared them to his 5T Gap pants we purchased recently in a similar style and the Gap version are at least 2 inches longer and slightly narrower in the waist. We might keep them and turn them into shorts when he outgrows them in a couple of months. But I'm thinking I will also order the 6T for late summer and next spring - they're a nice light weight and go with everything while elevating the style.
