My son has a medical condition that causes abdominal distention and swelling. After homeschooling for many years, we decided to give private school a try. Trying to find uniform pants became a nightmare due to the lack of stretch in the waist. Old navy was the only place that the PLUS line actually... fit well. I appreciate that even the 16 plus that we ordered has the adjustable straps in the waist. Nice, thick material.

Ordered these for son's back to school. Several pairs came with mold on them, although they were each individually packaged in plastic. Customer Service was not what I expected. I have to process return, be inconvenienced to take items back, then reorder the items and pay shipping again for the lack... of quality control on their end. Wasn't until I mentioned it was not right for me to have to go through all the inconvenience and still have to pay for shipping and higher price, that they offered to price match and "adjust shipping" after I pay for a whole new order. Should have exchanged the items and expedited shipping to send me new pants and then send me label to return and if I didn't then charge me but super inconvenient and never thought I'd receive items in this condition from this company. One pair was very visibly molded through the clear bag but still shipped to me. Makes me hesitant to continue to order online from them now because the exchange process was a total pain.

This is our third year purchasing these pants, and I keep coming back because they hold up so well. I honestly don't know what they do in kindergarten, but my son's knees are usually no match for most pants! These have been incredibly durable. My daughter wears them as well and has no complaints.
