Ordered these for son's back to school. Several pairs came with mold on them, although they were each individually packaged in plastic. Customer Service was not what I expected. I have to process return, be inconvenienced to take items back, then reorder the items and pay shipping again for the lack... of quality control on their end. Wasn't until I mentioned it was not right for me to have to go through all the inconvenience and still have to pay for shipping and higher price, that they offered to price match and "adjust shipping" after I pay for a whole new order. Should have exchanged the items and expedited shipping to send me new pants and then send me label to return and if I didn't then charge me but super inconvenient and never thought I'd receive items in this condition from this company. One pair was very visibly molded through the clear bag but still shipped to me. Makes me hesitant to continue to order online from them now because the exchange process was a total pain.
