I originally bought a size large tall but it was a bit snug. I returned it for an XL tall and the fit is better, but still form fitting. The top does pull out a little at the bottom, but not so much so that it looks bad. I usually have problems with straps if I order a tall so that it lays at my hip...
I think they forgot that petite often means a shorter torso, as in the distance between the shoulders and the bust. I think they just made the garment shorter? I ordered a size Small Petite, which is normal (SP-MP) for me, and the arm holes were huge and the straps were loose with the bodice hanging...
