Cute but Straps Too Big

This top is so cute and the material is great but the straps are so loose. Ordered a petite size XS and it fit perfectly except there was so much extra fabric in the straps. I feel like this is a constant with Old Navy unfortunately. Even when ordering petite sizing, everything fits perfectly except the straps. If they were adjustable or were built to stretch instead of already being stretched out that would really help.
