I bought this on a whim for a semi-formal dinner coming up in April. I decided navy blue would be dressier, and bought an LT and XLT since I'm sort of in-between sizes. The LT fit PERFECT! This dress is SO STINKING CUTE! I'm pairing it with nude heels and some dressier jewelry. This could easily be ...dressed up OR down. Thinking about this one? Do yourself a favor and BUY IT! For size reference, I'm between a 16 and 18, 5'3", 235. Again, the LT fit PERFECT! 💙
Old Navy refers me as a premier member. But I just received my order yesterday, this item was missing. Called customer service, they opened ticket that was then escalated to Retail Equation's (TRE). They said my claim was rejected, sent me report, that showed that several items I returned. Amongst t...hem there were few transactions that I returned in store and it mentioned in the report that there is no reason for return. In the past I had missing items from my order that I called customer service for and they approved it . But after that it shows me a few orders that I returned in store with the items and still shows that no reason it is not my problem that even when I am returning the items to the store, the report says with no reason this is a genuine case where one or two items were missing from my order and I requested service. I requested for a refund or resend the missing order but they rejected it. Old Navy has done couple of times with me now when my refund request was rejected.

I purchased a medium but am normally a large, the fit is great, lots of room and very comfy. I love navy blue dresses and am so glad it came in the color. I intend to wear to an upcoming baby shower but this dress can easily be pair with cute sneakers or heels.
