It isnt quite what I expected, but is still very cute. The material is a synthetic crinkle; not cotton, so I have no idea how it will breathe in the Summer heat of Florida. The waistline is not actually st the waist like the picture shows, more of an empire. It fits really well and looks good on.
I am finding that Old Navy is starting to get away from the petite cut they used to have. I am 4 ft 11 and ordered an extra small petite. It would have been great if the straps were not so long. I love how much this dress stretches to accommodate a pregnant tummy (7months). The pink is slightly see-through but the blue and white one wasn't and I went with that one. The dress runs slightly big and top bodice is pretty stretchy. I weight 150 and got a medium.
