The overall shape is on point - flattering skimming of my hips with a roomy drape down to my ankles. I wear them either with the pant leg cinched in for a more jogger/jodhpur look, or uncinched for an almost barrel look. The material is like a very lightweight chino but softer. I love the not too puffy elastic waist and appreciate the adjustable cinch for when I'm less round in my belly (and down the road as the elastic inevitably loosens). The cinches at the ankles can be a bit annoying against bare skin, but it's a small gripe for me. Size S regular was great for me as a curvy 5'3" 125lb, usually size 6, sometimes petite but I wanted the length for these.
