The first pair I ordered was labeled inside as extra high rise. (And they definitely fit that way, too!) I returned them and ordered two more pairs- one in the same size and another in petite. (Thought maybe a fluke, but maybe not). BOTH of those were also labeled extra high rise! I kept the petite ...since it fit closer to the desired look as on the model. Quality control Old Navy- come on now!
I have ordered thousands of dollars of clothes from old navy. I am short and have to order online because I need the petite length. I ordered these pants in two sizes to try because their sizing is all over the place, along with another pair of barrels that I loved and was getting in another color. ...The package never came and they wouldn't honor it because of my "return history" with oldnavy. Showed none of what I have kept. Just what I returned. And now ive lost $200 oldnavy wont honor because their sizing is inconsistent. Have bought the same jeans in 4 colors in all the same size and had every pair fit differently. Why would I not return those? I'm immediately closing my old navy credit card and never shopping here again. Insane.
