I purchased 2 pairs of these in size medium (regular length). Had to purchase online as my store has such a limited selection. One pair was a bit larger in the waist and overall and also at least 2 inches longer than the other pair. I'm 5'7" 120# and they dragged on the floor. The other pair fit ...perfectly and had a perfect length. I'm going to return the too long pants, I don't plan on wearing high heels with leggings. I do like the material, it is so hard to find leggings that have mostly cotton! FYI I do order up a pants size in leggings because I like them to fit looser. A small would be more TTS for someone my size that wants them to fit as they are intended to.
These work, but they are not nearly as nice as high waisted cotton flare pants I have ordered from Old Navy in the past. These are slightly too short for me (my previous pair which I love and have been discontinued from Old Navy athletic were slightly long for me). They looked worn as soon as I wash...ed them. They don't hold their shape. And the waist band is not very wide, I like the high waist bands that have the wide waist band so that the waist stays in place otherwise when I sit down my gut just pushes this band over and I have to adjust every time when I stand up. I purchased a size L and I am 150lbs 5'7", I mean they fit but these aren't quite nice enough to wear to work whereas my previous pruchase I was definitely able to pass them off as "wok" pants.

I bought these in two colours and they are very comfortable. Plus, I love Old Navy because they are the only ones that still use cotton. I am highly allergic to polyester and it's very difficult to find clothes made with cotton.
