Follow the size guide. It is true to size! Also keep in mind these have a baggy fit. I was skeptical when ordering my size, I didn't want them to be too tight. I said a prayer and ordered a size XS, I'm a size 1, and they are so comfortable! Baggy but not saggy 😉. Do not size up! After washing them..., they did shrink, but to an unwearable extreme. Love these! Will be ordering the overalls next!
I'm 5'3.5 and am not always Petite. Unfortunately I need petite in these (but it doesn't exist). The shorts part starts too low, so the side gap shows way too much of my body. Even with long shirt on, I still feel "at risk" of exposing my underwear with how wide the side gap is. I can't size down b...ecause the shorts fit just right. Bummer, because I've been wanting overall shorts forever! They need to either make these in petite, or just raise the side a few inches.
