I am 5'1", 145 lbs, normal size 8 petite. Risked it in the store trying on a regular (they don't sell petites in store). The 8 was too big in the waist, so I grabbed a 6 and it fits great. They are *slightly* longer on me than shown on the models in the listing, but not enough that they are like pants. They're still very much clearly cropped / capri length. Love the high waist and baggy fit! I recommend sizing down.
