I ordered the cactus bloom in L, my normal Old Navy size. When I opened the package I thought it was a M. I didn't even bother trying it on. I headed to the store to exchange it for an XL. The sleeves on the XL in the cactus bloom were way too tight and it was very narrow and tight around the abdome...

nailed the colors. It just pulled across the chest and underarms and not because it was too small.
