I am in love with these shoes. They run large, so size down a 1/2 size. Typically, I wear size 7.5, but purchased a size 7 based on reviews. Thank you, everyone, for your detailed and honest reviews. Typically, I wear high end shoes, BUT Old Navy (ON) has some great shoes, especially these! ON, pl...ease make these in various colors. I will buy more of them.
I ordered these flats online. I received my package but did not receive my shoes. I filed a claim, but the claim was denied. I jumped through all the hoops customer service had me jump through. They offered me 10% off a purchase, which is such a slap in the face. This company is scamming people out ...of their money. Definitely do not shop online, and if you ever have to make a return, remember that it will be used against you.
