I never buy one piece swimsuits because I have a long torso, larger bottom, and a small bust which makes shopping for swimwear a nightmare. But I had to try this swim dress because they were so cute! I'm so glad I did because I bought a size large (normally buy large bottoms and mediums tops in swim...wear) and it fits perfectly. No gaping at the bust either. Super flattering and covers my butt and tops of my thighs, which is impressive since I'm 5'9" 174#. My one request is please, please make this in a long torso version! That's the only thing that would improve the fit of this swimsuit as it does cut up pretty high in the legs since I'm so tall. At least the skirt covers it up!
I'm 5'10" first of all, so I feel my review may be different if this existed in tall sizing. It's a cute concept and I felt very comfortable in this as my bum and mum tum were covered, but it didn't fit properly - particularly in the bust. I wear 38 DD and the design of this bust is a total miss. It... has a very light support lining, but it's attached to the lining of the bodice so if you try to pull up your bust, it pulls up everything. Secondly, it has tiny little, unflattering sewed in cups that are both visible and do absolutely nothing for your breasts. Your nipples stick out clear as day too. Part of me thinks I might have been OK getting a large instead of the xl, but I know it would have been too short lengthwise. My biggest complaint is the terrible bust; it just is not flattering.
