Great colors and spacious, but shoulder strap too stiff

I wanted to absolutely love this bag! In fact I got it in two colors. but the strap was just too stiff. Maybe if it was shorter, it would have been fine. But because it's so long, it felt awkward on my shoulder. I ended up giving them away.
