I am a medium in most of old navy tops (I am generally a size 8 across brands) however generally size up to large for fitted workout shirts for more room however this is still very small. I might size up to XL. Something I've never done but the feel of these tops are luxe.
I got xxl tall- I don't understand what is going on with their sizing lately but everything is short. I am only 5'7 and this is supposed to hit at or below the waist and even buying tall it barely hits the waist. I don't have a long torso either.... but everything is ultra short.

I went into Old Navy to find some workout sets. I ended up getting 2 of these tops to pair with same colored bottoms. They feel so nice on the skin and that doesn't go away no matter how sweaty you get. I got mine in medium, and I would say I'm have an average build.
