Very comfy, not restrictive at all! Run big, normally a size 12/14 in old navy pants, bought a large but could have downsized to a medium no problem.

These are better than I thought they'd be. So soft, can barely feel the waistband (I think I should go down a size for actual activity lol) and it's nice and high so you don't worry about exposure even if it slips down. I don't wear a lot of synthetic fabrics but these are quite soft and they don't sound scritchy when you walk. I've worn these to the track and to yoga and out for brunch after and they work really well!
