I have the short sleeve version (Medium Tall) and had been waiting for it to be restocked in long-sleeved. Ordered it as soon as it was online. There are some difference in fit and fabric between the two styles which meant I had to return the Medium Tall long-sleeved for for a Large and scored repla...cements at a much better price. The Large still looks neat and tidy, is formfitting but not tight like the Medium Tall which has extra sleeve length but not necessarily a longer torso and tighter across the bust. Only purchased black and would order more in other colors, especially In The Navy.
I was looking for something to wear under scrubs or as a replacement for a scrub top on days where I'd like to cover my tattoos and I do like athletic style fitted tops, but I find this to be awkwardly snug in a way that makes the neck pop up and float two inches above my shoulders. It fits everywhe...re else, but continues to have a collar/neck area that lifts up with normal wear and movmenrt, which is frustrating. I think I'll get limited (if any) practical wear out of this, which is too bad given I was hoping to find a new top I'd love for work and buy more of. For reference I'm 136lbs and often buy small/medium sizes in Gap and Old Navy clothes and got a medium in this for a less skin tight look at work, but the way it's constructed was a problem around the neck regardless.

Totally get that this top is for working out but I plan on wearing it under my T-shirts. Fits like it's giving you a hug. And has a nice texture to the fabric. Arms don't pull and tug when your thumbs are in the thumb holes - plenty of length in sleeve. Would love to get in multiple colors!!
