I had my doubts about an Old Navy purse but boy was I wrong lol. I bought the Medium Carrie Tote Bag in Olive and it's beautiful - perfect for fall with the color. The size is great too - not a huge tote but big enough for a tablet and a few other things. The quality of the faux suede is surprisi...ngly good. My one and only minor gripe is that the longer strap isn't removable so if you want to wear it like the model you have to sort of tuck it inside the purse. it would be nice if both were removeable.

tracking said it was at my post office this morning and out for delivery. I got a "delivered " text and email from old navy before my usps even ran. so I chat with old navy customer service and they said the original expected date is November 3rd so I just have to wait until the 3rd. they said the ...carrier probably updated the wrong tracking number...yeah...makes total sense doesn't it? so im gonna wait until the 3rd since I have no other choice. Im about 90% sure that I'll be right back @ customer service on the 3rd because we all know it wouldn't say delivered if it's still on the way. or out for delivery for that matter. this was my literal 1st time buying something from this app. probably my last. old navy charges too much for shipping to have to play games about it. completely unprofessional.

This is a really cute, good quality bag. Roomy without being too bulky. Comparable to more expensive designer versions. The faux leather is really soft, doesn't feel cheap and doesn't have an odor like a lot of inexpensive faux leather bags. Old Navy has really upped their bag game!
