My granddaughter tried on a size 16 in these jeans they fit her perfectly with the growing room at the waist and through the bum, but they were like 4 inches hanging on the ground, even with her running shoes on. She is average height, but why would they make them that long for a child? They are not... even tall I could just imagine how long they would be a shorter child. My granddaughter was very, very disappointed at how long these jeans were on her please make them a bit shorter. You would sell more because you're not gonna be selling any of these pants at this length because not everybody is 5'6" tall at 11 years old they were even very long for me and I am 5 foot seven when I help them up to me, please do better

My child had purple versions of these pants in size 12, but she'd outgrown them. I got 16s and was afraid they'd be too long, but they were just the length she wanted (almost touching the floor.) She is almost 5'2", and is excited to wear these to school next year. So glad they have the adjustable waist, as she is skinny!
