Very disappointed with Old Navy customer service. Ordered 6 matching pajamas 10 days ago. 5 were shipped. Then, they CANCELLED one. Suddenly out of stock... which, of course makes matching pajamas somewhat useless. The remedy offered was to 'keep checking back on our website' to see if it comes... back in stock. They would not even set an 'alert' or let me know if I can reasonably expect it to come available again. When questioning how I was allowed to purchase an out of stock item (10 days before cancellation), I was told because I chose standard shipping, if someone else purchased the same item with expedited shipping the same day, they would receive their item first.... so, make sure you pay more money for expedited shipping!!! Ridiculous& very disappointed. I will now be wasting time checking item status or returning everything else and having to locate a new option. BUYER BEWARE - it may not actually be in stock even if it allows you to purchase.. This review is solely for customer experience, NOT the product itself, which may be fine.
