I absolutely love these black barrel ankle pants! They strike the perfect balance between casual and classic—understated yet darling. The fit is extremely easy to wear: comfortable, practical, and versatile. The subtle barrel leg adds just the right amount of shape without feeling too trendy, which ...makes them a true staple piece for any capsule wardrobe. I've already worn them both ways—dressed up with heels and a blazer, and dressed down with a plain white tee—and they work beautifully in either setting. Highly recommend if you're looking for a timeless, go-to pair of pants you'll reach for again and again.
These are true to size and I like the color selections. However, the pants did not seem to look anything like the style of the photo. Unfortunately these fit more like gaucho pants, flaring out above the ankle instead of tapering in!! I'm not sure if this is because I have a petite size or what? It... seems like they just made regular length barrel pants, but cut them shorter, which of course would not allow for the slight tapering toward the ankle like you get with the barrel style. I tried on regular length barrel style jeans in the Old Navy store and didn't have this issue but of course they were too long. I'm thinking I'll just buy the regular length and roll them up to achieve the barrel shape, although that's not ideal, as I prefer no cuffs. If I were to hem them though, they would absolutely need to be slightly tapered to achieve the barrel look (and I'm not skilled enough at sewing for that). If I need to pay to get them tailored it's not worth getting them here. Disappointed. I love the way these look on the model!

These are well made, comfortable pants. They fit great after I altered them. To be fair, I alter most pants I buy. I remove the front waistband and reattach it 1 to 2 inches lower. That way the front isn't so baggy and the waist sits in the right place.
