Question about PFAS

Does this jacket use any PFAS, PFCs, or fluorinated water-repellent finishes? Or is the water-resistant treatment made with a non-fluorinated alternative (PFAS-free)? I'm asking because this is for my toddler, and I want to be sure the material is safe.

The boots are so cute. They match the raincoat too. I don't know if they run true to size, so Inpurchased a size 7 and 8. My granddaughter should love these items for her 4 th birthday.
