These are so cute and well-made but they are fitting my 19-month old girl well right now and I got the 2T size. She's a little big but nowhere close to 90th percentile for height. They were still on sale so I bought them in a size up as well as I would like to be able to wear them for a while! I wou...ld recommend sizing up for a toddler unless they are on the smaller side.
I got these heart knee jeans for my daughter for her birthday, after one day of wearing them, the heart part on one leg ripped. I usually don't have problems with old navy jeans, but these ones seem to be not well made. She's three so usually not heard on her clothes.
