I fell in love with this in the store but they didn't have my size. I am usu L in ON but needed to go up to XL, mostly because of the length. It is a really cute shrug-like sweater, beautiful cozy fabric, nice soft color.
I ordered this sweater in the cream color, they shipped the wrong color to me. The cream is now out of stock and I do not want any other color. And when I went on the chat the only solution that was given to me was to return the item, nothing in regards to placing the order correctly. The sales asso...ciate would help any further other than to repeat that I could return the item. I have purchased a lot from Old Navy and this is very upsetting when you have your heart set on an item only to be told that there is nothing that can be done.
