I am 5' 4" and 135. I hate cropped tops, so I ordered this in a medium tall. It's fits perfectly...loose and hip length...BUT the sleeves are comically long! The cuff is 2 inches beyond my fingers if my arms are at my sides. They are literally 8 inches too long. I order tall tops all the time an...d this is normally not an issue. I think if I exchange it for a regular medium that they'll still be several inches too long. So silly! I may just cut them off and try to hem them somehow because I love the rest of the sweater so much. High quality material and so soft and the cut of the body is perfect. If anyone had arms this long they would look freakish.
There were NO instructions on how to wash this, let me preface that. Wore it today and noticed throughout it was pilling really badly, and washing it tonight (taking all of the preventative measures as one does) and it came out terribly. Piles of lint and fuzz and there is no way to save it. I am so... upset. I was super happy with my other items that I bought from Old Navy and was so excited about this top. Returning it and hoping they add specific care instructions going forward because had I known I needed to send it off to a cleaner or just accept not washing it and having it fall apart throughout the day when I wear it, I would not have bought this.

I love this sweater! My wife kept telling me how good it looks on me. I was worried it would be TOO cropped, but it hits the waistband of my jeans perfectly. I probably could have gone down a size. It's soft and super warm.
