Based on the tight looking fit on the models (particularly on the arms) I sized up. I am usually a S, sometimes S tall, and I went with a M tall in this. As predicted, the arms would have been much too tight for comfort in the S. I love the fabric, and I think it will wash well and probably won't pi...ll much, if at all. I bought black and brown and I think they will be perfect to wear in my cold office in the summer. Consider sizing up if you have larger arms, or just don't want the arms to be too tight.

Knowing that the crop would probably be too cropped, I bought my regular size, XL, in a tall. Now I am planning to exchange for a XXL tall so that I can at least wear a thin t-shirt under. I am comfortably a 16/xl in Old Navy pants and tops, but this was too uncomfortably tight. Although I love the ...Cloud Comfy fabric for chill days. It's a brushed spandex, light fleecy feel. Super stretchy.

Bought this to wear over tank tops. So versatile/-works as a shrug over dresses, tanks etc…more than just a workout piece. Love that the sleeves are not too short (I have long arms).

I have never worn a fitness cadigan before and this one is fabulous!!! It helps me warm up before a workout and keeps me insulated afterwards when I've had a "good sweat". Soft, comfortable, breathable material.
