Sweaters are hit or miss for me when it comes to fit and fabric. My weight has been fluctuating for the past ten+ years between ON Size 2 bottoms and XS/S tops to ON Size 8 bottoms and M/L tops (perimenopause and foot injury), and my closet is overflowing with all sizes. ON has been true to size for... at least 20 years, which is ideal because I depend on online shopping, living 3+ hours from the closest store. The last thing I needed was another sweater, and I am thrilled I got this one in two colors! I'm currently a Size 6 bottom and M top (was squeezing into my Size 2 jeans over the summer but ice cream and hot weather forced me into 6 again), so I got this one in L just to be safe, plus I tend to layer in the cool seasons. I wore it two days in a row as soon as I got it! I love the color and look forward to giving the other one some attention. This is the best sweater I've bought from ON in a long time, and I've been loyal to ON since the very beginning… almost 30 years!
I ordered four of these, thinking that they wills be the same material as last years tunic sweaters which were awesome. I washed all four of them at the same time, according to directions, and dried flat. The lint and pilling are ridiculous! The sweaters are unwearable, everything else that I'm runn...ing through my washer is now covered in multi colored lint balls, and I cannot get the lint and pilling off with a clothes defuzzer, a lint brush, and even washing them again. I had to throw all four away and I haven't even worn them. They looked like the oldest, worn down, scrubby sweater after one wash. Absolute garbage, what a waste of my money. If you buy these, you better hand wash one at a time.
