I generally size up for a more comfortable fit. this one does not need that. I'd suggest getting your regular size. I'm 5'6" 130 lbs. with a tummy and got a L should have ordered my regular size M. I really like the zip pockets and top zip, and the collar is a nice touch. the fabric is very breathable for a morning walk but warm enough to keep the chill out. I do however wish there were more options with hoods in active shirts that are not sweatshirts.
