I'm so glad they made this because I get hot and sweaty easily. This makes working out great because of that airway! I get a little self conscious about myself when I get hot and need to take off my tshirt, but not with this. I can keep it on without feeling super hot. I'm 5'3 so the regular length ...is perfect on me. It might be cropped to a very tall person. It's true to size. I got 5 of it in the black color since I workout often and I prefer not to show my sweat stains. It's just a great great shirt for working out. Please never stop making this.
Runs quite big and has some weird pointy shoulders. Otherwise I love how lightweight and breezed it is.

I'm a big fan of Old Navy workout attire and I'm glad I added this shirt to my rotation. It fits really well without looking overly boxy (I have the Cloud Form short sleeve shirts and those look boxy to me). It has micro-holes in it for improved airflow and when I wore it during my 60-min stairmaster workout, I wasn't sweating profusely by the time I was finished and I'm pretty sure it was because of this shirt. I actually got one for my friend as well and she really likes it too!
