When your kids wear uniforms to school, it's nice to be able to just buy packs of them since they'll wear the same thing every day! And old navy has good uniform shirts at great prices!

I received my order yesterday and it was 1 shirt NOT the pack of 3 that I purchased. I went to my local store and they contacted customer service for me. Customer service then informed me that what I purchased was no longer available. I have to print a return label to return the purchase and I shoul...d receive my refund in a few weeks. I then informed customer service that the shirts were for school for my son. She stated she could find the same shirt in a different color. I informed her that the color I needed was what was ordered. When I placed my order the shirts were available so why was my order incomplete? She had no answer. The store also did not have what I needed so I was out of luck. To make matters worse, my purchases were sent to my old address where I no longer reside. My account was verified and showed my current address is my shipping address yet my purchase was sent there. This experience was the worse I have ever had with Old Navy and I am disappointed.
