I have been buying my sons clothes at old navy since the day he was born! He is now 11 years old! The jeans fit him perfectly bc he's so tall and skinny! No other jeans fit him like these do that's why I keep coming back to old navy! I just received a gif box for Christmas full of old navy clothes! ...Almost 200$ worth!
My son is 5'3 113lbs. 12y/o and fairly slim. He is starting to build muscle in his legs. We bought him straight jeans from Old Navy in a size 16. The pants themselves were nice, even though length was long. My issue was they were entirely too tight on his thighs to be considered straight leg jeans.... I'm unsure why but so many jeans these days are entirely two slim-fitting Wednesday don't say slim-fitting. We tried several types of jeans at Old Navy including husky 16 and Karate 16 just so he could have some looseness to his jeans. We had bought 5 Pairs and return them all because I don't want my son looking like he's wearing leggings rather than jeans. I understand that this is a new fad, however if it says skinny then I would expect skinny jeans. If the label says straight I would expect them to be straight like some Levi's would be. I'm very disappointed in How Old Navy is making their boys jeans now. But if you like the skinny or even more daring the super skinny stretch then you'll love the way these fit. That style is not something I want for my son so I returned them all. Can I please get some normal jeans?!
