I purchased these men's PJ bottoms for me (77 year old woman) to wear around the house in the winter. In a woman's I am a size Med/Large/Xlarge (depending on the garment). I purchased these in men's Large/Xlarge for the comfort. I am keeping the XLarge (even though they are too large) to allow for s...hrinkage. The draw-string at the waist makes them wearable for now. They are beyond soft and comfortable. Just an FYI, Old Navy is not the only items I will purchase in men 's for wear around the house. or for sleeping. It's the size comfort I am interested in. For all my day wear I stay with women's sizes. So for purposes of this survey, my "Overall Size" is irrelevant. Hope this helps.
