I bought XXL for average size 14 year old boy. The cut is fiited. When he wears unzipped, it fits fine and relaxing, and he likes it. However, when zipped up, it fits tight around the hip. I compared this hoodie with other maker's hoodie in size xxl, this one is at least 2-3 inches narrow in width.... I also compared this with a hoodie he wore last year from other maker in size L, the width was the same, but this one is longer. Wish it was wider..
I was disappointed by the quality of this item. When I got it, it was very thin and probably won't be that warm at all. I will be buying a competitor's sweatshirt that is thicker and just $2 more. I thought Old Navy carried higher quality clothes than this.

Love that these are 80% cotton. Most other comparable stores are made of mostly polyester. Lightweight/thin. I bought some for both my son and daughter. I hate the options on the girls side - they have huge logo in front or are cropped. I would love more colors so that it can be more options for boys and girls.

Great quality! It's not very thick but a good weight for an active kiddo. I really liked the carmine color and was hoping this would fit me (Mom, haha), but that didn't work out this time. It's a little more on the pink side, reminds me of the color of frozen, homemade strawberry jam.
