I've probably bought every normal looking color of these type of joggers. I absolutely love them. Before trying them out, I wasn't a fan. I preferred that thick compression material from the elevate compression line old navy has, but they're obviously not selling those as much so I had to settle for... the powersoft line and I FELL IN LOVE. You know that tiktok that says, "have you ever been in love? Let me show you". Yeah, that's what happened when I bought these joggers and anything else powersoft like the leggings. Working out in them is so nice because I can move easily, I'm pretty sure they're not see through. I don't feel super hot in them. I've even slept in them because they're THAT comfortable. I think the joggers are great, but if you're between sizes and like to be more comfortable around the waist band than anything else, size up. In the normal leggings, I would say get your usual size but in the joggers, I think the waist band is tighter and not consistent with the other powersoft leggings. I understand they're joggers, but in my opinion, they're a little tighter than I'd want them and expected them to be compared to the normal leggings. The fit on the legs is very nice though. I'm 5'1 so they hit me right at the ankle and they're a nice kind of "baggy". I have XL and XXL. I find the XXL more comfortable in regards to the waist band but I also carry most of my weight in my stomach. I'll still wear the XL though and they're not extremely uncomfortable or anything, I'm just not a fan of my clothes fitting tight. So you want to be 100% comfortable and you might be between sizes, size up. I do think XL in the normal powersoft leggings waistband is more comfortable than the joggers just because it's looser so hopefully that helps. I would suggest sizing up. Just by two sizes and return the other or keep both lol. OH if you like to wear your leggings/joggers a little more high waisted then I would definitely size up.
