EXCELLENT "Customer Service!"

I haven't tried on these jeans yet... Although, I did visit my local Old Navy, today& I wanted to say THANK YOU very much for giving an ultimate , respectable experience there at your store! The workers are all very professional friendly and they handled everything with expertise!

Ripped!

I ordered a pair in the medium wash for my husband and they RIPPED all the way up the butt along the pocket the FIRST time he wore them. He does NOT have a big butt and was not doing anything active or unusual when it happened. I returned the ripped pair and reordered them, thinking it was a fluke....
