These are the best running shorts I've ever bought in this category from Old Navy. They are high waisted stretch fabric for the waist which looks great with an Old Navy cropped tank tank tucked in or out! In Hawaii it can get hot so the fabric is lightweight and cool and the two front pockets are ...the best plus a small pocket in the waistband on the inside for keys or whatever. I am so glad that I bought 5 colors of these comfortable shorts plus they have a thin liner like a panty attached on the inside for more support. I'm so glad I ordered these shorts as I wear them practically everyday! I only wear Old Navy clothing as I know the sizing pretty well and I do a lot of ordering online more than going into our local Old Navy and I'm rarely ever disappointed. Thank you Old Navy for your speedy shipping and great customer service and beautiful consistent selection of clothing. Been wearing only Old Navy for 7 years now and counting!
I love the color on the lavender ones, but mine are huge. I ordered a medium and I had to check the tags multiple times because I truly cannot believe how large these are. I am 5'5, 140lbs, wear a 6 and wear a M in most other ON activewear. I think something is off here because these could easily be... an XL in the waist. Had to roll waist twice for them to stay up.
