I'm 38ddd - the 38DD works out beautifully - it actually looks so good on- aside from being incredibly supportive - that I've taken to wearing this every day I can. What days can I not, you ask? Days I want/need to wear white shirts :-/ I would love if there was a nude color option! In terms of s...ports - I play tennis in this NO problem - it stays put and holds everything in place - I feel completely secure and also extremely comfortable - no digging or anything. It's so comfortable that I even sleep in them. They do tend to roll up, especially on my right side - but... I've rolls, what can I do? I don't blame the bra. Literally, unless I need to wear a white shirt, I just put one of these on until I sweat in it, at which point I shower and put on a new one until the next sweat session (and yes, I work out every day ;-) I own six of these - can't wait to get 3 more in a nude color... hint hint, ON! get on it!
First the positive: *The feel of the material is soft and lightweight. *The support for my 36DD is satisfactory Now for the negative: *Trying to get this bra on was like an athletic event. I tried several ways and it was just challenging to get it on especially with my size. I think if you are a ...a to c cup you will be fine getting it on. Anything bigger and you're going to have a workout just trying to get it on. I think this problem could be solved if they had removable straps or just normal straps over the shoulders instead of crisscrossed that Criss-Cross it the bigger sizes makes it semi impossible to put on. Sadly I think I'm going to have to return them because I don't want to struggle trying to put the bra on every single time. Old Navy please bring back the front zip high support sports bras!!!

definitely high support, like that this sports bra doesn't have the insertable cushion cups that most do and instead has a sewn in pattern on the inside!
