Straps not adjustable, fall down shoulders

The material is great, however the design of the bra straps make it where they slide down the shoulders. I had to adjust it and pull them back up all day long. The straps also arent adjustable so there is no way to remedy the issue. Overall, I think this bra design would world better as a racer back...
