I bought these so long ago that old navy is no longer showing when I purchased these (it falls outside of the window of the past 13 months) I wear these nearly everyday to work, 9 out of 10 days, M-F, I am wearing these for 8 hours at the office. They are so comfortable I don't notice there is any f...orm of "heel" or platform going on. They fit my wide feet, I don't remember much breaking in, if any, but they fit like a glove now obviously. They have held up through the test of time for well over a year with minor signs of wear to the outside that I just started noticing. I love these so much. Old Navy has truly stepped up their shoe game since I first started shopping there in the early 2000s. Highly recommend these shoes!
I've tried three different pairs of these in two sizes. The first size 10 that was probably really a size 8.5 (Old Navy sizing is usually crazy inaccurate). Then i tried a size 11. They're huge. Then i tried another size 10. They just don't stay on my feet. The top of the shoe doesn't extend far eno...ugh onto my foot so they stay on. The back comes off with each step like a flip flop.

I just received these today, January 23, 2026, and they're really nice but they're too big. I normally wear a size 8-1/2 in shoes and bought them in that size but they are too big. I will pass them on to someone who wears a size 9 and maybe purchase these again in a size 8.
