At 6'-2", 178lb and 40-3/4" chest the Tall Medium fits great; maybe ever so snug in the arm and across the chest but does give a nice fitted look. It's cheap and not very long for tall people

I'm 6'4 and moderately large not obese but large I ordered two 3xlt shirts and they're both very short and very tight. Very cheap quality you can see through the shirt and borderline poke a hole through it very upsetting.
