I haven't worn Old Navy jeans in ages, but someone turned me onto them recently. This style is the only one I really love, but they're my new staple jeans. I liked them so much I got every color/wash and some spares for when they wear out. Pix are medium wash. They're flattering and the high-waist l...ook is so classic. Plus, they're forgiving enough that when my weight fluctuates (as everyone's does, mine maybe 3-5lb over a year), they still look good. I tried both the 0R and 0S. Oddly, the regular fits much better than the petite/short for me; reg length is perfect and the overall fit esp in waist/hips is better. 0R sits below the ankle and works great for flats or sneakers without hitting the ground, but it's still long enough for heels. (I don't like the cropped/ankle look so that's exactly what I want.) I did keep the white jeans in 0S since 0R was out of stock, and those hit right at the bottom of my ankle bone. The 0S also gives me more back-gapping when I sit, 0R only a little. (Btw, the white is only see-through enough that really dark colors or white will show through, but otherwise you're fine with any neutral color undies, doesn't have to be nude.) My only complaint is that they are a bit loose -- OK for the look & price -- but I wish ON would make a true size 0 or offer these in 00. Thankfully, they seem to tighten up a little in the wash without shrinking lengthwise much if at all. For reference: I'm 5'4" with average proportions/leg length, 100lb, 25" true waist, 31.5" hips.
