I loved these shorts. They are relaxed and work great for curvy body types. I am a solid size 10 and the medium was a generous fit until I washed and dried it. It shrank a very small amount and it's a perfect fit, now. It looks cute with the waistband turned down for a mid-rise look. I love the col...ors and that they all have coordinating sweatshirts available. The only downside is that the inside of the fabric is not very soft where it contacts the thighs but I feel like that will get better with washings.
I bought the orchid purple color. Pretty color. Shorts a little on the thin side. Online they are advertised as 100% cotton. The shorts I received were mostly cotton but partially polyester. I avoid synthetic fabrics as much as possible (it's toxic, sheds microplastics, look into it if you are unawa...re). Old navy, please make more clothing w/ 100% natural fibers.
