So loud when you move

I love the colour and shape of this jacket. I bought it for myself (a woman) and I went to put it on to go out and the minute you move your arms it makes the loudest sound on the fabric. Its like a Seinfeld episode. Had to return.

XL fits perfect, with a bit of room for extra sweater if needed. It also keep me warm in -10+ weather. The hood is a bit big but I usually don't use the hood.
