This is my favorite workout shirt at the moment, and that's saying a lot because I have thousands of dollars worth of workout tops from all of the most popular high-end workout brands. I just realized it was my favorite when I wanted to wear it to the gym again this morning, but couldn't because I had already worn it yesterday. I did have to size up two sizes because of how fitted it is. Super stretchy so it definitely would work in your typical size, but I am postpartum and hate when things ride up because they are a little snug. I am a true size large at the moment, but I got xxl. Thankfully, I bought this in store, I would've never sized up if i had ordered online.
